- GlamBug provides wholesale supplies of 925 silver jewellery to jewellers, Brands, and distributors.
- All services and enquiries are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Usage Rules
- You must be a verified business entity to engage in wholesale transactions.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information for business enquiries.
3. Product Descriptions & Quality
- All products are hallmarked 925 silver with stringent quality checks.
- Product details are accurate; however, we reserve the right to update based on availability.
- Quality assurance includes no nickel and international SOPs.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, images, and designs on GlamBug are the property of GlamBug Mart Pvt Ltd and its licensors.
- No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
5. Business Conduct
- You agree to use the website for legitimate wholesale business purposes only.
- We reserve the right to restrict access for non-compliant entities.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- GlamBug is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website or products.
- All products are supplied "as is" with quality warranties as per law.
7. Dispatch & Timelines
- Orders confirmed and paid before 3:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays), are dispatched the same day; later orders go the next business day.
- Exceptions: white label orders (usually 2 to 3 weeks), designs that are out of stock, and export orders, which we confirm with you.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts of Hyderabad, Telangana India.
