GlamBug B2B Catalogue App Launched — Order Wholesale Silver Jewellery from Your Phone

Wholesale buying should not mean scrolling through chat threads and PDF catalogues. So we built the GlamBug B2B Catalogue App, for jewellers, retailers and resellers who buy 925 silver jewellery in volume. It shows the full catalogue with weights and prices, lets you build a shortlist, and sends it to our team as an enquiry.
Updated October 2026 as a step-by-step guide.
This guide walks through the app from the first sign-in to the parcel at your door, including the rules you see inside the app, such as the minimum order.
Who the app is for
The app is made for businesses that buy for resale: jewellers, retail stores, resellers and distributors. It is not a shopping app for individual customers. Access is approved by the GlamBug team, so you ask for it once and then use the app freely. WhatsApp ordering and video call selection stay available, and the app is simply the quickest way to see the whole catalogue.
Getting in: sign-in and approval
- Download the app on the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in with your WhatsApp number. The app sends a one-time code (OTP) to that number on WhatsApp. There is no password to remember.
- Complete your business profile. The app asks for your full name, business name, city and business type. A GST number is optional, and you can leave it blank if you are not registered.
- Submit for approval. Your account goes under review. Once the team approves your business profile, you can open the catalogue and send enquiries. You can also use the button in the app to ask for approval on WhatsApp, which speeds things up.
Two special cases are handled inside the app:
- If your number already belongs to a retail account, the app tells you and lets you request an update to a business account.
- If an account has been suspended, the app explains this and gives you a button to ask for reactivation on WhatsApp.
Browsing the catalogue
Everything starts from the home screen:
- Browse by category. Start at a top-level category such as chains, earrings or bracelets, then open a subcategory to see its product grid. A subcategory is usually one catalogue, for example the Glam Kada bracelets.
- Featured and fresh drops. The home screen highlights featured products and the newest designs.
- Search. Search by SKU, catalogue code, category name or remarks to find a product directly.
- Price filter. Narrow the catalogue to a price range.
Each product shows its photo, SKU code and weight. Weight matters because silver jewellery is priced by weight.
How prices work
Open any product and you see the price for your account type:
- Wholesale buyers see the wholesale price, with a per-gram rate, and a second line for the price after GST (3%).
- Resellers see a reseller price with its per-gram rate.
The price of a piece is its weight multiplied by the rate for its category, which is why a heavier piece costs more even in the same catalogue. Prices apply to your account, so they are not shown to visitors.
The minimum order
The app states the rule on every product page:
- Wholesale accounts: the minimum order quantity is 100 g per order, and mixed categories are allowed.
- Resellers: wholesale pricing applies to orders above 100 g, including mixed categories.
That means you can combine bracelets, chains and earrings in one order, and the 100 g is counted across everything you pick.
Build a shortlist and send an enquiry
The app separates choosing from committing:
- Browse and add. Tap Add on any product to put it in your Selections. Add as many designs as you like.
- Review. Open Selections to adjust quantities, compare prices per gram and remove what you do not want. You can clear the whole list in one tap.
- Send your enquiry. When you are ready, tap Submit Enquiry. Your list reaches the team straight away, and the app tells you to expect a quotation in minutes.
The word "enquiry" is deliberate. You send the shortlist, and the team confirms it with you, including availability and the final amount. Sending it is a request for a quotation, not a payment.
Following your enquiry
Everything you have sent appears in the Orders screen with a status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Sent and waiting for the team. |
| Accepted | The team has accepted it and it is moving into fulfilment. |
| Rejected | The team could not accept it. Ask us why on WhatsApp. |
| Paid | Payment has been received. |
| Processed | Being prepared, or on its way. |
| Completed | Delivered. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled. |
Payment, dispatch and delivery
- Payment. We accept every payment mode that suits you as a buyer. Ask the team which to use for your first order and they will share the details with your quotation.
- Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 0 to 1 business days of confirmation. An order confirmed before 3:00 PM from Monday to Saturday goes out the same day. After 3:00 PM, or on a Sunday or public holiday, it goes the next business day.
- Delivery. Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days across India, depending on your location. We currently ship only within India.
- Tracking. When your order ships, tracking details are shared by email or SMS, so you can follow the parcel.
If something arrives damaged
Products once sold are not returned or exchanged, except when a piece arrives damaged or defective. In that case, raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, photos of the product and the packaging, and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days, and an approved claim is settled with a replacement or refund as you prefer. The full terms are on our Returns and Refunds page.
Other ways to buy
The app is one route among several:
- Order on WhatsApp, as many buyers still do.
- Choose live on a video call and see the finish up close.
- If you sell online, see dropshipping with GlamBug, where we pack and ship for you.
- If you build software, the Partner API connects your systems directly to the catalogue.
